2)a) There are some art materials that were small enough to pose a choking hazard stored on a shelf that will be accessible to toddlers. 2)d) There are some art materials stored in plastic bags on low shelves where they will be accessible to children in care. 2)d) There are two plastic garbage bags on the ground in the area that will be licensed for outdoor play. 3)a) There are shaving razors in the shower stall in the bathroom children will use. The shower stall is accessible with no latch or lock. 3)d) There is a significant gap under the shed in the outdoor play area that a child could fit into and become trapped/stuck. 3)f) The shelves and cubbies are not anchored to the wall to prevent tipping. 4)c)i) There are exposed light bulbs in the fixture in the play room and above the kitchenette area. The light fixtures do not have shatter resistant light bulbs or covers. 4)f)iii) There is a safety gate for the stairway to keep stairs inaccessible to toddlers, but the gate is not yet installed. 5)a) There is an electrical outlet on the back of the house that is not tamper-resistant or covered to prevent child access. 5)g) There is a plug-in air freshener in the outlet next to the sink where children will wash their hands.
